Yes. We run detailed background and reference checks of each cleaner before they are able to join our team.
Is Mop and Glow Cleaning bonded and insured?
Yes. Rest assured that we are a legitimate company. As such, we are fully licensed, bonded and insured.
Can I book a general cleaning or deep cleaning for an empty home?
If a home is empty, a Move in/out cleaning service has to be booked.
How do I prepare for the cleaning?
We suggest that you tell your house cleaner about your preferences and expectations for the cleaning service, as well as any instructions you might have about pets, keys, alarms, or any other particular issues with your home. Any organizing activities, such as picking up toys, clothing, or other household objects, will be greatly appreciated.

Our only form of payment is credit cards. We will ask you for your credit card information when you make the cleaning appointment, and we will charge the card to book your date. Recurring accounts will be charged weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
