I tried to reach out to you in regards to the square footage of your home to narrow things down but I was unable to get in touch with you. $180.00 +$50.00 Deep Clean (Subject to change if your square footage is more than 2500 Sq ft)____________$230.00 -$46.00 20% deposit ____________$184.00 due upon arrival We do not and cannot hold a date and time unless we receive the deposit. We allow a two hour window & Should we not receive it by then someone else is subject to that date and time. A 48 hours notice is required in order to receive a full refund of your deposit. However you are able to change the date if need be without losing any of your deposit. Rescheduling is only allowed once.
